Green Island Gardens

We’re lucky enough to be able to call Green Island Gardens in Essex our home. Owned by designer Fiona Edmond, the garden is divided into a series of smaller gardens with a huge range of unusual trees, shrubs, perennials and bulbs – perfect for our courses.

All theoretical teaching takes place in Fiona’s tearoom with the garden close at hand for practical demonstrations. Green Island, and its plant nursery, opens regularly to the public and for the National Gardens Scheme. The gardens are also opened for other charities each year. Visit www.greenislandgardens.co.uk
